AuSom Enterprise Limited (AEL), was previously known as Core Emballage Limited (CEL), is a listed company (Listed at BSE Limited (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE), established under the Companies Act, 1956. It was incorporated on 15/02/1984. Which was managed by Sunil Handa Group, till 07/08/2009, on which it was taken over, after complying with the required legal formalities under SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 1997 with other applicable statutes, rules and regulations and guidelines, by Mandalia Group.

Before takeover, an industrial undertaking, owned by CEL was demerged, after complying with the required legal formalities and as per the order of Hon. Gujarat High Court, Dt. 12/12/2008.

After the CEL was taken over the name of the company was changed to AuSom Enterprise Limited.

CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT:
The Board of Directors of Sunil Handa Group resigned from the Board on 07/08/2009 and the new Board comprising MANDALIA GROUP was appointed on the same date.

This it can be said that MANDALIA GROUP took over the effective control of CEL from 07/08/2009.

BUSINESS:
After taking over the management of CEL into MANDALIA GROUP started, The Company has carried out activity in the field of trading of "trading in Commodities, Bullions, Gold Jewellery, Diamonds, Derivatives, Shares and Securities".
